The Goods on Us

You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself any direction you choose.”

Wendistry guides you to find your company’s mission. The Wendistry team joined forces with the idea of creating the most comprehensive analysis of and solutions for the CEO of a small business. We set out to capture the essence of the “E-Myth” assumptions by Michael Gerber and his philosophy focusing on seven centers of management (Marketing, Money, Management, Client Fulfillment, Lead Generation, and Lead Conversion, with Leadership at the core) combined with Jim Collins’ ideas compiled in “Good to Great.”

You (probably the Technician), with the appropriate mix of Entrepreneur (vision and market strategy) and Manager (operations and process), have the skill sets to successfully work “on” your business without drowning “in” your business.

However, Wendistry further insists that there is a 4th component to drive the decisions and guide the actions of all three of these personalities….. a system that incorporates the right people in the company with the right marketplace for the company.

You know what it’s like when…

  • you’re so busy “in” your business; you have no time to work “on” your business?
  • you think your company has the luxury of going after BOTH the “value” customer and the “luxury” customer and you’ve found yourself in the dreaded “middle-market” trap… selling to no one?
  • you need to launch a new product to gain a market advantage and you know you have the money/people/approval, but you just can’t stop the “fires” that are burning?
  • you know you need to say “no” to a customer because your company really doesn’t do what they want… but, you don’t?

So, lose the groupthink. Lose the happy medium. Lose “Plan B”… Find your Company.
